Clients are seen by private appointment in their Wollongong studio, virtually across the country or upon request in the comfort of their home or business.

Your Bespoke Journey

Step One

Schedule Your Initial Meet And Greet Consultation

Your initial consultation with Karolina will involve a phone consultation. Naturally curious, she will get an understanding of you as a couple and your love story, and welcomes an in-depth discussion of plans, priorities, design ideas, proposal timeline and budgetary preferences.

“For me it’s all about human interaction and forming a connection, so I truly believe in introducing myself and meeting the couple/proposer before we embark on the journey ahead”.

It is recommended that you speak with Rock Proposals 12 weeks from when you would like your completed piece of jewellery. We will do our best to accommodate your needs should you require the ring in a shorter timeframe.

After your initial conversation and based on your design ideas and budgetary preferences Karolina will start her search to and curate a selection of stones for consideration.

Step Two

Receive Your Curated Selection Of Stone Preferences

Karolina carefully curates a selection of stones for consideration, underpinned by the brief from the initial consultation. Once the list has been prepared, you will receive a personal proposal of each stone. Accompanied with this proposal will be HD videos and certificates which Karolina will discuss with you. You are then encouraged to select your favourite option and book in your private viewing.

The selections will be emailed to you for your review. You then select your favourite option from the curated list and a private viewing is scheduled, with Karolina. A deposit of $250 is due and payable at this stage to arrange shipment of the diamond. This amount is redeemable against the total cost.

Step Three

Your Private Viewing

Your private viewing includes a cocktail or a sweet delight, the ideal way to start your interactive experience. With Karolina by your side, you are presented with the opportunity to examine your selection of stones with a jewellers’ loupe. During this experience, Karolina shows you how to look at the stone and provides you with invaluable and comprehensive diamond education so you have a true understanding and can make the best-informed decision. We care deeply about the transfer of knowledge and guiding you down an honest and transparent path.

Step Four

The Design Process

Karolina would have already started the creative conversation with you about the desired design and style. At this stage you will be presented with a wax mould to aid with visualisation of your bespoke piece. This is the opportunity to make any changes to the design before the crafting process begins.

Step Five

Secure ‘The One’

Now that you have viewed and selected your stone, a deposit of 50% deposit is required to secure the stone and start the crafting process.

Karolina engages her team of artisan jewellers, setters and polishers to bring your ring to life.

Step Six

Receive Your ‘Exquisite’ Jewel

As a final touch of elegance, all of our jewels are carefully wrapped and delivered in our beautiful packaging.

Each bespoke piece comes with a manufacturing warranty as well as complimentary yearly and prong tightening.

*Deliveries outside 60km radius of Wollongong are delivered by our door-to-hand courier service.
